Southlands can comfortably accommodate 10 people (maximum number of guests allowed to stay at one time).

Yes. A damage deposit of £100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Smoking is strictly not allowed inside the property.
Parties are not allowed at the property

We’ve ensured our kitchen is supplied with plenty of dinnerwear, cutlery, and glassware as well as pots and pans, cutting boards, utensils, etc. If there is anything that you require that we have not provided, please feel free to get in touch and we’ll see if we can help.

Yes, the master bedroom has an ensuite with a shower, bathtub, dual sink and bidet.

There is one small step when entering the property via the front door and a second small step to get into the hallway.

Southlands is less than one mile away from the beach.

The South Shore area boasts a selection of bars and restaurants, with many of these situated on and around Highfield Road (15 minute walk from the property).
